Eligibility
Participation requires a verified Losttloot customer account. Participants must be legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted. Losttloot owners, employees, household members, and persons directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible for physical or gift-card prizes.
Campaign Duration and Limit
The campaign begins when Losttloot displays it as active on the website and ends after all 5,000 campaign openings have been used or when the published campaign closes, whichever occurs first. The server records the campaign activation and opening sequence. A later campaign requires a separate prize pool and rules.
How to Receive Chest Openings
- Daily opening: One free daily Captain's Chest is available to each eligible verified account per Eastern Time calendar day while the campaign remains active.
- Bonus opening through purchase: One bonus Captain's Chest may be unlocked after an eligible completed purchase is verified for that Eastern Time calendar day. The order amount and number of items do not change the number of bonus chests.
- Equal free bonus entry: Instead of making a purchase, an eligible customer may claim the identical bonus Captain's Chest through the no-purchase button on the Captain's Chest page.
- One bonus maximum per day: A customer may receive the daily opening plus one bonus opening per Eastern Time day. Claiming the purchase bonus or the free bonus uses the same daily bonus opportunity; a customer cannot receive both.
Creating duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or misleading accounts to obtain additional entries is prohibited. Losttloot may investigate activity but will not arbitrarily reject valid entries.
Prize Pool and Odds
Exactly one reward is assigned to each valid opening. The current campaign contains 5,000 total openings and a maximum announced prize value of $4,999.

Each opening is one result from the fixed campaign pool. The displayed percentage is the initial campaign probability. As openings are used without replacement, the composition of the remaining pool changes. Winning results are not allocated by customer identity, location, purchase amount, or product quantity.
Gold Coin Rewards
Gold Coin results are generated securely by the server at opening time within the remaining fixed campaign coin budget. An individual Gold Coin result may award from 1 through 25 coins. The campaign contains 25,000 Gold Coins in total. Gold Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may only be used toward eligible Losttloot discounts under the Treasure Program terms. The current conversion value is 100 Gold Coins for $1.00 in eligible Losttloot discount value.
Video Game Rotation
Before an opening begins, the server checks current eligible inventory. It selects a console category that contains at least 10 different in-stock, non-Reserved video games priced at $35 or less and displays 10 randomly selected games from that category. If the opening receives the video-game result, one of those 10 displayed games is selected and locked from sale.
Reserved Item and Console Pools
All Reserved products displayed entering the chest are currently eligible Reserved prizes with a listed value of $1,000 or less. All consoles displayed entering the chest are currently in stock, non-Reserved console products with a listed value below $1,000. If a product becomes unavailable before a secure inventory lock is completed, the server selects another eligible product from the same category. Items above the applicable campaign limit are not shown or eligible.
$1,000 Gift Card
The grand-prize gift card is $1,000 in Losttloot store credit. It is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred or resold, and may be subject to reasonable account-security and fraud review before issuance.
Opening and Verification
The server secures and records the result before the cinematic animation reveals it. Screen effects, sounds, the island, torch, shovel, chest, and reward animation do not influence the result. Refreshing, closing, skipping, or replaying the animation does not create a second result or change the recorded result.
Physical Prize Claims
A physical-prize or gift-card winner must submit the claim through the signed-in account and respond to reasonable verification requests. Losttloot will not require payment, shipping fees, insurance fees, or a purchase to claim a promotional prize. A winner may be required to provide accurate delivery information and legally required tax documentation. Failure to complete verification within the stated claim period communicated to the winner may result in handling permitted by applicable law and the filed promotion rules.
Inventory Condition and Substitution
The prize is the exact eligible product selected and shown on the winning reward card, subject to verification that the inventory record is accurate. Condition and included components are governed by the applicable product listing. Losttloot will not substitute a lower-value prize unless permitted by applicable law and agreed to by the winner.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Account Abuse
A bonus chest already validly opened through the equal free-entry structure is not converted into a paid entry. Gold Coins earned directly from merchandise spending may be reversed when the corresponding order is refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back. A promotional prize may be withheld or recovered when obtained through fraud, unauthorized automation, account takeover, or a material violation of these rules, subject to applicable law.
Privacy and Publicity
Chest results and prize claims are stored privately in the customer account and audit records. Losttloot will not publicly display a winner's purchase history, amount spent, Gold Coin balance, or profile unless the customer activates the relevant public-profile settings. Dates and times are not displayed in the public Treasure Hall. Any legally required winner list will be handled according to applicable law.
Technical Interruptions
If a network, browser, or service interruption occurs after the server has recorded a result, the recorded result controls and remains available in My Treasure. If the server has not recorded a result, the unused entitlement remains available or may be restored after review. Losttloot may temporarily pause openings to address security, inventory, or technical issues, but valid awarded prizes remain subject to these rules.
Governing Rules
These website disclosures supplement any filed or separately published promotion rules. When a filed version applies, the filed rules control any conflict. Acceptance of a government filing is not represented by the website as a legal endorsement. Participants should read the entire rules before opening a chest.
