Eligible Incoming Products
Customers may reserve select incoming video games, consoles, Pokémon products, trading cards, graded slabs, and factory sealed products before they become publicly available.
Payment Required
Full payment for the product and a separate $20 reservation fee are required at checkout. A reservation is confirmed after payment has cleared and Losttloot has issued a confirmation.
Expected Arrival
Reserved items are expected to arrive at Losttloot within approximately 30 to 60 days. An item may arrive earlier depending on supplier processing and shipping times.
If the reserved item has not arrived within the estimated period, Losttloot will notify the customer and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped reservation for a full refund of the product price and the $20 reservation fee.
Shipping After Arrival
Reserved items will ship on the same day Losttloot receives them or on the following business day.
If Losttloot Cannot Fulfill the Reservation
If Losttloot is unable to obtain or fulfill the reserved item, the customer will receive a full refund of the product price and the $20 reservation fee. The customer will also receive a $10 discount code toward a future Losttloot purchase for the inconvenience.
Customer Cancellation
If the customer chooses to cancel after the reservation has been confirmed but before the item has shipped, the product price will be refunded and the $20 reservation fee will remain nonrefundable.
Once the reserved item has shipped, the purchase becomes final sale.
$10 Discount Code Terms
The $10 discount code is valid for one use within 90 days of issuance. It has no cash value and cannot be applied to shipping, taxes, insurance, or another reservation fee.
