Product Information
Losttloot aims to describe products accurately. Collectible condition can be subjective, so customers should review all available photographs, descriptions, grades, seal information, and disclosed imperfections before purchasing.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping
Prices may change before an order is completed. Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs, taxes, insurance, customs charges, and other fees shown or described before purchase.
Payments
When checkout is activated, payments may be processed through Stripe. Available payment methods may vary by device, location, eligibility, and order type. Losttloot may wait for a payment to clear before shipping.
Orders and Fraud Review
Losttloot may decline or cancel an order before shipment when there is a pricing error, inventory issue, payment problem, suspected fraud, policy violation, or other legitimate business reason. Any amount collected for a canceled unshipped order will be handled according to the applicable policy and payment provider rules.
Reservations
Incoming reservations are governed by the Reservation Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before completing payment.
Returns and Damage Claims
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Damage claims and reserved item cancellations are governed by the Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Losttloot name, logo, website design, written content, and original graphics are owned by Losttloot or used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Losttloot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, carrier delays, third party services, or events outside Losttloot’s reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Florida, except where another law must apply.
Changes
Losttloot may update these terms and website policies. The current version will be posted on the website with an updated date.

Usernames and Profile Content
Customer usernames must be unique and may not impersonate Losttloot, its staff, customer support, another customer, or another organization. Losttloot may reject, reserve, or remove usernames that are misleading, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Customers may change their username and optional profile picture through account settings. Customers may only upload profile pictures they have the right to use. Losttloot may remove profile content that violates these terms or creates a security, legal, or impersonation concern.
AI-Assisted Customer Support
The Losttloot chat assistant provides general informational support and may generate inaccurate or incomplete responses. Product listings, checkout totals, written confirmations from Losttloot, and the current posted policies control over any conflicting chat response.
Customers should not enter payment credentials, passwords, identification numbers, or other sensitive information into the chat assistant.
Customer Accounts and Checkout
A Losttloot customer account with a verified email address is required to complete a purchase or reservation. Guest checkout is not offered. Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate contact and shipping information.
Losttloot may suspend or restrict an account when necessary to prevent fraud, protect customers, comply with law, investigate payment concerns, or protect the website. Creating an account does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of an order.
Treasure Program and Collector Ranks
Eligible completed purchases may earn Gold Coins according to the customer's current rank multiplier. Verified Collector begins after the first eligible purchase and earns at 0.50x. Rising Collector begins at $500 in lifetime eligible spending and earns at 1.00x. Higher ranks and benefits are displayed in My Treasure. Rank is based on eligible spending rather than the customer's current Gold Coin balance.
Gold Coins are promotional discount units, not money. They have no cash value, may not be sold or transferred, and may be redeemed only for eligible Losttloot discounts under the posted program rules. Losttloot may reverse coins associated with refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate awards, or administrative errors.
Captain of the Loot begins at $55,000 in lifetime eligible spending, earns at 2.25x, and is eligible for one $500 Losttloot gift-card milestone reward after qualifying spending is verified. The milestone reward is one time per customer and may be held for return, dispute, or fraud review.
Treasure Hall and Verified Purchase Badges
A Verified Purchase badge means the displayed activity is connected to a completed order recorded by Losttloot. Rank badges replace the basic Verified Collector badge as spending milestones are reached while retaining verified status. Customers control public-profile visibility and may hide purchase history, purchase amounts, lifetime spend, and Gold Coin balance through account settings.
Captain's Chest
Captain's Chest is governed by the separate Captain's Chest Rules. No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not improve the odds of an individual chest, and the identical daily bonus opening is available through the free bonus-entry method. Each valid opening produces one server-recorded result from the current campaign prize pool.
Animation, sound, skipping, replaying, page refreshes, and browser interruptions do not influence or change the server-recorded result. Physical prize inventory is locked after a valid winning result. Customers may not use automated scripts, duplicate accounts, account sharing, false information, or other methods intended to obtain unauthorized openings or rewards.
